By purchasing a “Festive Brand Refresh” package (Basic, Bundle, or VIP Experience), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Scope

1.1. Graphic Design: We will create festive variations of your existing company logo based on the package selected.

• Christmas Edition: Includes festive elements (e.g., wreaths, gold tones, Santa hats).
• New Year/Winter Edition: Includes winter elements (e.g., sparkles, frost, gold) without specific Christmas iconography. 
• 1.2. Deliverables: Final static files will be delivered in high-resolution PNG format (transparent background). Video files (VIP Package) will be delivered in MP4 format. 
• 1.3. Source Files: This service is a modification of existing assets. We do not provide vector source files (AI/EPS) unless creating a logo from scratch, which is outside the scope of this offer.

2. Turnaround Time

2.1. We aim to deliver initial drafts within 24–48 hours of receiving your payment AND your existing logo files. 

2.2. Turnaround times are estimates based on current studio capacity. If a delay is expected, we will notify you immediately.

3. Revisions & Approval

3.1. All packages include one (1) round of minor revisions. 

3.2. “Minor revisions” include adjustments to color, size, positioning of elements, or text. 

3.3. Requests for a completely new concept or design direction after the first draft may incur an additional fee. 

3.4. Once you approve a design via email, the project is considered “Final.” Any changes requested after final files have been delivered will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

4. VIP Experience (Website & Video)

4.1. WordPress Only: The website installation service (Logo upload + Falling Snow effect + Footer Banner) is available for WordPress websites only. If your site is built on Wix, Squarespace, or a custom CMS, we cannot perform the installation. 

4.2. Access: You agree to provide temporary administrative access to your WordPress dashboard to facilitate this installation. 

4.3. Liability: While we take every precaution (including checking for backup plugins), Karisa Consulting is not liable for any compatibility issues, plugin conflicts, or downtime caused by the installation of the “Falling Snow” script or festive assets. 

4.4. Video Animation: The animated logo reveal is a standardized motion graphic template (Gold/Confetti style). Custom animation requests are not included.

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1. Payment: Payment is required in full upfront to secure your booking slot. 

5.2. Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

• You must request the refund after receiving the initial draft but before approving the final files.
• If we cannot resolve your concerns during the revision round, we will issue a full refund. 
• 5.3. Refund Processing: While Karisa Consulting processes refunds immediately (within 24 hours of agreement), please note that it may take 3–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer’s processing times. 
• 5.4. No refunds will be issued once the final high-resolution files have been sent to you or installed on your website.

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. You represent that you own the rights to the original logo provided to us. You agree to indemnify Karisa Consulting against any claims of trademark infringement resulting from modifying your provided logo. 

6.2. Upon payment and delivery, Karisa Consulting assigns full usage rights of the new festive designs and videos to the Client for commercial use. 

6.3. Karisa Consulting reserves the right to use the created festive logos and video animations in our portfolio and marketing materials (as examples of work).

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
